We place great emphasis on providing a comprehensive individual development programme for each member of our staff. Before commencing employment all staff attend a comprehensive induction programme including: -

Child Protection
Physical Intervention Training
NVQ Caring for Children and Young People
First Aid
Fire Safety Procedures

Staff supervision is undertaken at regular intervals where all issues may be confidentially discussed with line management and any further training opportunities identified.
