Who we are

We are an independent Specialist Children's Service who specialise in providing individually tailored service solutions for children with complex needs.

We were established in 1999 to provide specialist services for children with challenging, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties and additional complex difficulties.

Our homes are based in Lancashire, Cumbria and Scotland. We currently have six small homes which are registered by Ofsted and / or the Care Commission, which cater for one to three young people. We believe that small non-institutionalised children’s homes are best equipped to offer a safe nurturing environment to help and support vulnerable and at risk young people.

As a result of the progress made by our children and young people we now have a proven track record of reintegration into education and academic achievement. We place a strong emphasis on the importance of developing social skills, life skills and citizenship and actively promote opportunities to participate in local community life.
