Since being at Blue Potts the young person has made massive changes to her life with the brilliant support from the staff.  They have worked well with her to show her that she can make something of her life and she is now doing extremely well.  She has always been well looked after and her safety has always been a priority.  I think the staff at Blue Potts are brilliant and would definitely recommend the home to colleagues.  I would have no hesitation in placing a child there in the future. Staff at Moss House will go out of their way to facilitate contact and always have time to talk whether on the phone or during contact - a very family, homely atmosphere. My granddaughter seems very settled and happy and this is due to hardworking caring staff. Grandparent of young person.
